DUETTO is a vertical form/fill/seal machine recommended for high output, which unites two machines that can run combined or, if necessary, singularly and are managed by a sole u/m interface.

They can be as expected combined with all the dosing systems that CAMPAGNOLO can offer, especially with the multihead COMBIWEIGH series weighers.

The strong main structure is made of painted steel, or in AISI 304 stainless steel in the special “stainless steel” version., whereas in both versions the parts that come into contact with the product are in AISI 304 stainless steel or another material used for food products.

The machine runs electro-pneumatically and all functions are controlled by a PLC connected to a LCD “touch screen” operator’s terminal.

The “touch screen” gives the operator the possibility to enter the various necessary parameters for correct machine operations and to store them with one sole code (up to 50 standard “bag codes” are available). There are also several messages that inform about the operating conditions of the machine and about any anomalous situations detected.
